Bidwells are a team of highly established property consultants based in Norwich, Oxford, Cambridge, and London. Their vision is to become the country’s leading adviser in real estate, specialising in science, technology and sustainability. 

As with many new customers, we were incredibly pleased to assist Bidwells with their numerous sites throughout East Anglia and contribute to the function of their business, after being “let down” by their previous lift engineering service provider for the final time. 

Our focus on communication and forward planning is often an attractive prospect for many customers. A great example of this is how we can carry out potentially disruptive repairs over a period of low activity within the building. 

In a commercial office space situation, the footfall over the weekend is often significantly lower. We, therefore, propose that crucial proactive repairs be carried out over a weekend period, causing minimal disruption through forward planning.
